Eat Ramen Noodle
Ramen Noodle is not well-known to North American but it is a great Japanese food. Most of Ramen Noodles stores are pretty small size and the price is reasonable, 600~1200yen. Miso, Shoyu (Soy Sause), Sio (Salt), Tonkotsu (Pork Bone) are 4 major kinds of Ramen Noodle soup. Also, you have a selection of what you want on the noodles, such as Chashu (Pork), Corn, Negi (), Moyashi (), and/or Yasai (vegetables). Also, some have a combination menu, such as Ramen and Rice, Ramen and Gyoza, or Ramen and Pork Rice. There are some Ramen Noodle chains, such as Gyoza no Ohsyo, but most of them are individual and each has a different taste. In some stores, you need to buy a ticket at a vending machine standing at the entrance. Otherwise, just order what you want and it will be ready within 10 minutes. Some Ramen Noodle shops are so popular that there is a 30-minutes waiting line.
