Shinkansen
Shinkansen is one of the trains owned by Japan Railway (JR) company. Its speed is about 300km/h, which is as fast as TGV in Europe. Another amazing thing is that they run every 3-4 minutes during rush-hour. They have a computer system so that they don't crush each other even if one train stops for some reason. How about earthquake? In most cases, Shinkansen train stops even before the earthquake happens right there. There is a way to predict an earthquake before it happens.
